Office Administrator 

Part-time position commencing April 2024
Location | Fulham, 1 Parsons Green, Lane, SW6 4HP

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our industry leading team.

This position is ideal for someone looking for a part-time role, enjoys working with people and being an integral part of a team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an excellent communicator and enjoys working with patients and colleagues alike
• Can work calmly under pressure and deal with issues arising in a timely and effective manner
• Is naturally organised and has good attention to detail 
• Is IT literate with basic skills in all Microsoft Office programmes

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, is highly motivated, and has excellent clinical skills. You will be required to treat a range of conditions and age groups, and you should have a keen interest in biomechanics and sports injury. This post would suit someone who is willing to work hard, in return for the opportunity to enjoy commensurate remuneration.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Answering emails and phone calls
• Diary management and supporting the clinical team 
• Ordering and liaising with suppliers and deliveries
• Filing and administration duties

About this role:

• Clinic based, in our Fulham Clinic 
• 22-25 hours per week, hours can be negotiated upon application 
• Competitive salary

Hours;
Monday – 08:30 – 14:00
Tuesday – 12:30 – 18:00
Wednesday – 13:30 – 20:00
Thursday – 12:30 – 18:00

Podiatrist

Part-time position commencing November 2023
Location | Fulham (1 Parsons Green, Lane, SW6 4HP) & Putney (266 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, SW15 6TQ)

We are looking for a progressive enthusiastic podiatrist to join our team in recently refurbished premises in Fulham and Putney  SW London.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, is highly motivated, and has excellent clinical skills. You will be required to treat a range of conditions and age groups, and you should have a keen interest in biomechanics and sports injury. This post would suit someone who is willing to work hard, in return for the opportunity to enjoy commensurate remuneration.

Your post will include:

• Provision of routine care, including occasional domiciliary visits
• Nail surgery
• Use of pressure plate systems
• Gait analysis
• Prescribing/issuing foot orthoses
• Use of laser and shockwave therapy

This post will be ideal for recently qualified or postgraduate podiatrists. We will offer mentoring, guidance, CPD and support in your learning.

Remuneration: Pro rata, PAYE employment from £46,000 – £54,000 depending on your experience. Bonuses will apply.

Hours; Monday 10.30 am-7.30 am & Friday 8.00 am-2.00 pm.

Hours are expected to increase over time.
